With us, you have two options :

OPTION 01
ONLINE SHOPPING
01) You search the internet,
and make your wishlist.
02) You send your online shopping order to Tokyoshop.
03) We send you the quote with
our fees included.
04) You accept the quote
and Pay with Paypal (or decline and cancel your order)
05) We buy your items online,
receive, check and prepare
your shipment.
06) You confirm your address and
we send you a second invoice
with the final shipping cost.
07) You pay the shipping fees
with Paypal.
08) We send you the shipment.

OPTION 02
IN-STORE SHOPPING
01) You search the internet,
and make your wishlist.
02) You send your in-store shopping order to Tokyoshop.
03) We send you the quote with
our fees included.
04) You accept the quote
and Pay with Paypal (or decline and cancel your order)
05) We buy your items in shops,
receive, check and prepare
your shipment.
06) You confirm your address and
we send you a second invoice
with the final shipping cost.
07) You pay the shipping fees
with Paypal.
08) We send you the shipment.

Shipping Cost

Shipping cost depends essentially on package’s weight.

Multiple purchases and storage

You can make several purchases and we’ll send you a global package (less shipping costs for you). We can also keep your purchases in our storage pending additional purchases (1000 yens/month).

Auctions

We don’t make auctions and we don’t buy items from individuals, because the scam risk is too high.

All payments with Paypal.
