Shipping
After receiving your items, we ship them to you.
The shipping costs are calculated depending the weight of your package, and sea or air shipment. You will receive a second invoice with the shipping cost.
All the packages have tracking numbers.
Commission
We have 3 tiers of commissions.
- Edoneko package, for internet shopping.
- Sakura package, for in-person shopping around Shibuya city.
- Fujiyama package, for physically shopping outside Shibuya city (but still in Tokyo prefecture).

I have long to acquire an item that is only made and sold in Japan. With an upcoming trip to Tokyo, my only option is a personal shopper. I reached out to Joanna. Her response was prompt and subsequent communications was also prompt and responsive with acknowledgement of my needs. She acquired the items I wanted and held onto them for a month and personally delivered them in Tokyo in January cold weather. Joanna will be my go to shopper for all my future needs. Although my request might’ve been a bit odd, I cannot recommend this service enough.
While I got scared for a second because my box was soaked due to the weather, on the inside it was packaged insanely well and all my goods were in perfect state. The communication was fast and smooth and they got right to work as soon as I sent all the needed information.

Personal Shopper for Exclusive Events / Conventions / Exhibitions in Tokyo Area
I would highly recommend TokyoShop if you might miss out on an event and are looking for a personal shopper to attend in-person. TokyoShop was very communicative the whole time, reassuring by sending proof of purchases and receipts at every stage. They have a lot of expertise with Japanese events, prepare exceptionally well in order to get all the items you want (in my case, for an ATLUS / Metaphor Exhibition, the merch store did not allow the use of a phone, but TokyoShop managed to get all 40+ items as desired, and all in the right quantities). My friends and I are ecstatic to receive the merchandise. They also offer pickup in Tokyo!
