Commission

Edoneko package – 2500 yens

Commission for Internet order (includes reception of multiple items, checking good condition of items, conditioning & packaging for your shipping). You can purchase on multiple websites and we will combine all your purchases in one shipment (maximum size limited by carrier : 10kg, 17 kg, 20 kg).

Sakura package – 3000 yens

We can go & shop physically for you in shops inside Shibuya City (includes conditioning & packaging for your shipping).

Fujiyama package – 4000 yens

For physically shopping outside Shibuya city (but still in Tokyo prefecture), the commission is 4000 yens (also includes conditioning & packaging for your shipping).

We don’t travel outside Tokyo.

Storage – 1000 yens/30 days

You can make several purchases and we’ll send you a global package (less shipping costs for you). We can also keep your purchases in our storage pending additional purchases. Please note that the first 30 days are free.

Additional fees

Our commission is fixed and all prices are in yens. Additional charges are made up of:

• your bank charges (conversion rate + bank fee),
• domestic delivery fee (we’ll notify you if there is free shipping from sellers from a certain amount),
• international shipping fee (Japan post or Fedex),
• customs.
